Be a 2027 intern!
AgTrust offers a 9-week, full-time paid summer internship program designed to give students meaningful, hands-on experience across a variety of business functions that support our customers, communities, and the agricultural industry.
Applications open Sept. 15 and close Oct. 31, followed by interviews and candidate selection in early December.
Throughout the summer, interns gain practical experience in their area of interest, learn how different departments in AgTrust work together, and build connections with professionals across the Association.
Interns are assigned to a primary department where they work alongside team members on meaningful projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Throughout the summer, they also have opportunities to interact with other departments, broadening their understanding of the Association and learning how each team works together to support our customers and the agricultural industry.
The program includes professional development, training and field experiences that provide a closer look at AgTrust communities.
At the end of the summer, interns share their summer experiences through a survey and presentation to AgTrust employees.
