2025 AgTrust Scholarship Winners Announced

AgTrust Farm Credit is awarding (10) $2500.00 scholarships to students in Texas and New Mexico. AgTrust will also make $500.00 donations to the winners’ local FFA chapter or 4-H club.

The scholarship application required an essay showing the role of agriculture and natural resources played in student’s lives now and in their futures. Applicants also shared examples of their academic performance, leadership and community outreach.

“We applaud our 2025 scholarship winners and their outstanding accomplishments! Each year it is amazing to see what young people are doing in agriculture and their plans for a better future.” Chief Executive Officer, Joe Hayman said.

Avery McInvale

Avery is from Fate, TX, and will be attending Angelo State University in the fall.

Caleb Mannix

Caleb is from Gatesville, TX, and will be attending Sul Ross State University in the fall.

Dylan Mallat

Dylan is from Dallas, TX, and will be attending Vanderbilt University in the fall.

Elia Encinias

Elia is from Edgewood, NM, and will be attending West Texas A&M University in the fall.

Garrett Pennington

Garrett is from Paradise, TX, and will be attending Hill College in the fall.

Madison Elwell

Madison is from Cuba, NM, and will be attending Adams State University in the fall.

Sage Emerterio

Sage is from Weatherford, TX, and will be attending Oklahoma State University in the fall.

Sarah Beck

Sarah is from Corsicana, TX, and will be attending Texas A&M University in the fall.

Sydney Shout

Sydney is from Center, TX, and will be attending Cornell University in the fall.

Tanner Dean

Tanner is from Las Cruces, NM, and will be attending New Mexico State University in the fall.
