Meet Kregg

I was born, raised and continue to live in Delta County. I grew up on a small cattle ranch near Cooper and now run a small cow-calf operation on approximately 300 acres. I also grew up in the home construction and building material industry as my father was a home builder and owned a small lumber yard for most of my youth.  This spawned my love for woodworking and construction.

I attended East Texas State University (TAMU-C) and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Business. I have over 20 years of agricultural and rural lending experience, and prior to working at AgTrust Farm Credit, I owned my own business doing chattel appraisals for local banks.

My wife and I have been married for over 22 year and have two children.  I enjoy serving the community in various ways.  Currently, I coach several youth sports teams, serve as deacon for FBC-Cooper, serve as secretary on the Cooper ISD School Board and serve as vice president of the Delta County Youth Football Association. I am a member of the Northeast Texas Beef Improvement Organization (NETBIO), a member of American Society of Agricultural Appraisers, and a member of the Delta County Beef and Forage Committee.

Helping others achieve their dreams in rural America is a passion for me.  I love to share my varied experience and knowledge of the area to assist other in their Piece of Texas.
