SMS Program Description

When you opt in to receive text messages from AgTrust Farm Credit, you may receive both transactional and promotional SMS messages. Transactional messages include account alerts, payment reminders, fraud notifications, appointment confirmations, and other communications related to your account or relationship with us. Promotional messages may include special offers, product announcements, financial tips, and other marketing content.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from AgTrust Farm Credit by:

  • Checking the designated SMS consent box on our website or mobile application
  • Completing a paper or electronic enrollment form
  • Texting a keyword to our designated short code as instructed at the point of enrollment
  • Providing verbal consent where permitted by applicable law

Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from AgTrust Farm Credit.

Message Frequency  Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the programs you are enrolled in.

Messaging Rates  Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual wireless plan. AgTrust Farm Credit does not charge separately for SMS messages, but we are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Supported Carriers  Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers or service areas. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from AgTrust Farm Credit at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • Contacting our customer support team at (800) 530-1252 or Support@agtrustaca.com
  • Updating your communication preferences in your online account settings

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. Following that confirmation, no further marketing or promotional messages will be sent. You may continue to receive transactional or legally required messages related to your account even after opting out of marketing communications.
